Social media burnout

I logged into Twitter twice yesterday. Both times, one of the first messages I saw was from long-time Twitter users expressing social media burnout.

Social media / networking isn’t going away anytime soon. I actually think it’s on the verge of becoming far more useful than it currently is. However, the model of usage will continue to change (so will the tools we use to access the constant stream of information).

So, those of you that find this blog, how are your social media patterns fluctuating? Spending more/less time on Twitter? Blogs? Facebook? Where are you finding that you spend less time and more time now than you did 6 months ago?
