Don’t select your agency based solely on cost or size
We’ve lost clients because we didn’t charge as much as another agency, so the potential clients were concerned about our actual resources and capabilities.
We’ve lost clients because we charge more than some of the other agencies.
We’ve won clients based on our track record and capabilities.
We’ve won clients based on the fact that we charge less than some of the other agencies.

There are reasons to make your agency selection that go far beyond cost. Discuss what you’re trying to accomplish when you meet with a prospective agency, and find out if they have the knowledge and capability to help you reach your goals.
Saving money on the front end could cost you a great deal in the end. But, interview your agency before making a decision. Sometimes, spending extra money on the front end…simply costs extra money.
