Your calendar knows it’s 2012, does your web site?
It’s January 28th, and I was just told that the product I ordered online last week should not have been listed because it hasn’t been available since early November 2011…and for that matter, the shipping I already paid for wasn’t a valid offer either because it was a Christmas offer that hasn’t been taken down from the web site quite yet.
My initial reaction was to rant about the poor customer service, but how many of us are making similar mistakes? Take a look at your own web site right now. How many things can you find that are outdated or simply incorrect due to changes that have taken place around you?
