‘What we used to do’ will never again be ‘what we do’

It’s no longer relevant to ponder ‘what we used to do,’ when it comes to marketing and public relations. What we used to do will never again be what we do.

The world has changed around us. Client and customer worries, stressors, fears, and sense of normal have all changed. BUT, the core wants and needs have not.

This post isn’t about offering any answers, it’s to point out the simple fact that it’s time to move on and look for new answers. Don’t try what was working in 2019, just because it was working in 2019.
